Our summer seminar's theme is "Let's Wrap the World in Peace. For me the inspiration has come from my newest grandson Vinnie. When I hold him, he looks up at me and tells me the secrets of the universe.  I feel at one with what is. I feel at peace.
It seems to me that peace is all around us... accessible at anytime if we but look and feel and let.
Let's!

  3. Thank ...I totally relate to you last post on there. I am often surprised by responses then I remember to not take things personally...yet sometimes I do and get my feelings hurt. It really is another form of Aikido training.
I also get ideas about writing on my walks....to bad they don't always make it to paper and pen! ;o)

  4. No, Mary you don't must take things personally, and don't get hurt, then people don't know you, and most of them understand relating things from their own experience or from how they are. For example I got I really nice comment in my last translation of Francis post, I found out or I think that this comment was written by someone who read with his heart.
Yes, it has a lot to do with Aikido training, try to take the negative and convert it in positive or let him pass, like when you go down when someone attacks you, so that he falls over you.
